What will it cost?
STANDARD MANAGEMENT SERVICE Adamson Lettings provides a property management service to owners wishing to let out their property. The standard fee for the management is taken as a percentage of the gross rents collected for the period of the tenancy and a set-up fee will normally be levied at the outset for taking references and arranging the tenancy.

2) Letting Only Service: 80% of one full months rent
3) Tenancy Set-up Fee / Renewal £200 Minimum Fee
4) Obtaining estimates and supervision of major works 10% of cost of work over £500
5) Tenancy Deposit Protection cover £ 75.00
6) Redirection of mail overseas:- cost of postage
7) Issuing Notice of Seeking Possession £25.00
8) Arranging gas safety check £25.00
9) Inventories / Schedule of Condition: £50.00 -£150.00 depending on size of property
